A&N Electric Cooperative designed this monthly payment program to help residential members plan their monthly bills in an affordable manner. With Budget Billing your monthly bill will be the average of your previous 11 months’ electric use. With each new bill, the previous 12th month use will be dropped from the average and your current month’s use will be added. You will not make the same payment each month, but the monthly payments should not vary by a large amount.
• You must have been connected at your present location for the last 12 months.
• You may not have more than 2 late payments in the past 12 months.
• Current account balance must be $0, although exceptions may apply.
You must pay your bill in full on or before the current due date shown on your bill each month. If your bill is delinquent and it is necessary to send a collector, the account will be transferred back to a non-Budget Billing account.
