Opt-Out
As part of Virginia's
ENERGY CHOICE
program, A & N Electric Cooperative is required by the
Virginia State Corporation Commission and the restructuring
legislation passed by the General Assembly to provide a
list of all of its consumers to any licensed
competitive service provider that requests it. This list is
referred to as the "mass list" and must include among other
items, each consumer's name, address (both billing and
service), account number and 12-months of energy use history.
If you do not want A & N Electric to release this information you may
"Opt Out" of the mass list. You may do this by completing
the form below.
