Billing Information
The ANEC Billing Department is responsible for providing
accurate and timely bills to our customers. We provide
information and answers to questions concerning customers
bills, payments, meter readings, and capital credits.
Contact our Billing Department to request
connection or disconnection
of your electric service or to report problems with your
electric meter, security light, or surge protector.
Customer Service Representatives are available Monday through
Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Information regarding your bill is available online by choosing
Bill
Payment & Meter Reading, a free service available to
all ANEC members.
