Easy Payment Options For Members

Auto Pay

Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT)

This option gives members the opportunity to save a check each month and have their electric bill deducted from their checking or savings account. It’s quick and convenient. If you are interested in the Electronic Funds (EFT) option, you may set this up using our SmartHub option or by calling the office (757-787-9750).

Credit/Debit Card

This option gives members the opportunity to have their monthly bill paid with their credit/debit card and possibly accrue points toward travel or reductions on other purchases through their credit card company.

If you are interested in paying by American Express/Discover/VISA/MasterCard or Debit Card, you may set this up using our SmartHub option or by calling the office (757-787-9750).

SmartHub

You can also enjoy the convenience of viewing and paying your bill online with A&N Electric Cooperative's innovative SmartHub. Key features include 13-month usage and cost graphs, the ability to inquire about payments, current balance and SmartHub history. You can print your bill anytime so you can opt to no longer receive a paper bill in the mail. A&N Electric Cooperative's SmartHub uses secure socket technology to protect your transactions. 

Once you are signed up you will receive an e-mail every month when your bill is ready to view. If you would like more information on SmartHub, call our office (757-787-9750).

 

Billing Options For Members

Budget Billing

If you’ve experienced a higher-than-normal bill due to severe weather in the winter or summer, A&N Electric Cooperative’s Budget Billing plan could help equalize your monthly bills. The plan is available to co-op members who have had abnormally high usage for certain periods of the year.

Members Helping Members

Sign up today to have your monthly bill round up to the next whole dollar. Or chose to make a recurring monthly donation. For just pennies a month, pocket change that won’t be missed, you have a unique opportunity to provide emergency aid to families who are experiencing a financial crisis through our Members Helping Members program.
