High Wind Warnings have been issued for The Eastern Shore of Virginia, Virginia Beach, Norfolk, and Portsmouth, where sustained winds of 30–40 mph and gusts between 55–60 mph are expected. The timeframe for these high winds is this morning through this evening (Saturday, Feb. 7).
