Payment Options

SmartHub

Online payment is available by using SmartHub. We accept electronic check, VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover on our secure website. 
 

Automatic Direct Debit Payments

Use SmartHub to debit your checking or savings account each month for the amount of your current electric bill. Please allow 30-60 days for the direct debit option to become effective. When Direct Debit is in effect, you will see "Bank Draft mm/dd/yyyy" (date account will be debited) printed on your electric bill. Please continue to pay your bills by the due date until this statement appears on your bill. Please notify our office immediately of any changes in your financial institution or bank account number. 
 

Automatic Credit Card Payments

Use SmartHub to have your payment charged to your MasterCard or Visa each month for the amount of your current electric bill. Please allow 15-30 days for this option to become effective. When the automatic charge is in effect, you will see "Credit Card mm/dd/yyyy" (date account will be debited) printed on your electric bill. Please continue to pay your bills by the due date until this statement appears on your bill. Please notify our office immediately of any changes in your credit card information. 

 

Phone - Secure Payment IVR System

IVR (Interactive Voice Response) offers you a secure and convenient payment method by phone. (Learn more)

 

Mail

Enclose your payment together with your remittance advice in the return envelope provided each month and mail it to us. You may use a check, money order. Please do not send cash or credit card information to us by mail. 
 

Lobby Counter

You may bring your payment to our office at 21275 Cooperative Way in Tasley, Virginia, 23441. We are open Monday through Friday between 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. We accept cash, checks, money orders, VISA and MasterCard at the counter. 
 

Drive-Thru

Cash, check and money order payments can be made using our convenient drive-thru, which is located on the south side of our office building. The drive-thru is open during normal business hours (7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.) Monday through Friday. 

 

Depository

Should you come to our office when we are closed you may still pay your electric bill through our depository 24 hours per day. It is located on the front of our office to the left of the front doors. We recommend that you pay only with checks or money orders in the depository since no receipt is provided. 

 

Incomm/MoneyGram/Western Union

Incomm allows a member to pay their electric service bill at the check out line of local retailers using a bar code located on your paper bill statement or by accessing it on your SmartHub Mobile. Local services can be found at pay.vanilladirect.com/. MoneyGram and Western Union are secure money transfer services. Local participating MoneyGram services can be found at www.moneygram.com while participating Western Union locations can be found at www.westernunion.com.
