Cooperative Blood Drive Exceeds Goal

A&N Electric Cooperative employees rolled up their sleeves to help the community in July by hosting an American Red Cross blood drive at its Tasley facility.
The event, organized by the cooperative’s employee nonprofit Lighting the Way, was a success, collecting a total of 24 units of blood and passing the group’s goal of 18 units.
“Our employees came together to help support a much-needed cause,” said Lighting the Way President Holly Bundick. “We were happy to organize this event, and the number of donations exceeded our expectations.”
