Your county’s Department of Social Services is a great place to start if you still need assistance paying your electric service bill. There are several programs available throughout the year which may help with your bills. Each program has specific requirements and may only be offered during certain portions of the year. Avoid Imposter Utility Scams
- Be suspicious if a caller claiming to be from your utility requires payment via a prepaid debit card.
