Distribution Delivery Service

Demand Charge
The measure of how much total electricity is being used at a given point in time and is based on the monthly peak billing kW registered at the peak billing kW date/time. Peak billing is reset monthly.
Electricity Supply Service
Costs for the generation and transmission of electricity by our wholesale power supplier. Also includes the Power Cost Adjustment, a per kWh adjustment that covers changes in our wholesale power costs.

Rate Schedule
The rate schedule for your account. Rate schedules can be residential (A1, A2, TOU-A-1) or non-residential (B, TOU-B, LP-A, LP-B).
State and Local Taxes
State and either county or town taxes, depending on service location, that are billed based on energy consumption.
Bill Stub
The lower portion of your electric service bill to return to the cooperative by mail. The bill stub includes the total amount due.

Energy Use Graph
An energy use bar graph showing the last 12 months of energy use at your service location along with the monthly high and low average temperatures.

Expanded Payment Options

The total amount of energy used at your service location compared to the previous month and the same month of the previous year. An average daily energy use for the billing period, its average daily cost, and the average daily high temperature.

A list of credit cards accepted by the cooperative, including personal checks.
